Questionnaires for tax recording

Important information:

Tax returns and questionnaires must always be submitted electronically to the relevant tax office. It is no longer possible to submit the declaration on paper.

You can find the specified forms for completion at https://www.elster.de/eportal/formulare-leistungen/alleformulare under the heading "Questionnaire for tax registration".

You have the option of submitting the tax registration questionnaire for the formation of a sole proprietorship, the tax registration questionnaire for participation in a partnership, the tax registration questionnaire for the formation of a corporation or co-operative under domestic law, as well as the tax registration questionnaire for the formation of a partnership/joint venture electronically to your competent tax office via www.elster.de.
