Direct transmission of invoices

Upload invoices (including file attachments)

Please follow the link below and log in by entering your e-mail address and password. If you have not yet registered, please select the "Register" button (please do not use no-reply e-mail addresses, as we will send you a confirmation link).

You can upload your invoices and file attachments there and send them to us directly.

Invoices must be in XInvoice format according to the EN-16931 standard (.XML) - documents accompanying invoices can have the following formats:

.XML, .PDF, .BMP, .DOCX, .EML, .GIF, .JPEG, .JPG, .D11, .PNG, .TXT, .VCF

Invoice and attachments may not exceed 100 megabytes in total.

Invoices in ZUGFeRD format from version 2.1.1 in the XRechnung profile without PDF view format can be processed.
