Das Landesamt für Soziales, Jugend und Familie - Außenstelle Oldenburg - ist entstanden durch die Auflösung des Versorgungsamtes Oldenburg. Wir sind zuständig für die Feststellung der Schwerbehinderteneigenschaft und der Nachteilsausgleiche nach dem Neunten Buch Sozialgesetzbuch (SGB IX). Das in der Außenstelle Oldenburg angesiedelte Integrationsamt ist im Bereich Weser-Ems zuständig für den besonderen Kündigungsschutz schwerbehinderter Menschen und der Gewährung finanzieller Leistungen aus der Ausgleichsabgabe. Im Bereich des Sozialen Entschädigungsrechts erfolgt die Kriegsopferversorgung für Kriegsbeschädigte und Hinterbliebene nach dem Bundesversorgungsgesetz (BVG) und im Rahmen der Anhanggesetze werden Leistungen nach dem Opferentschädigungsgesetz (OEG), Zivildienstgesetz (ZDG), Infektionsschutzgesetz (IfSG), Strafrechtlichen Rehabilitierungsgesetz (StrRehaG), Verwaltungsrechtlichen Rehabilitierungsgesetz (VwRehaG) und dem Häftlingshilfegesetz (HHG) gewährt.
