Citizens who have a personal request can reach the district administration by calling 03447 586-0 or at buergerservice@altenburgerland.de and make an individual on-site appointment, even outside opening hours. Clerks in the specialized services known to citizens can also be contacted directly by telephone. Yellow bags are available at the waste management service company at Jüdengasse 7 in Altenburg.
