Das Bürgerbüro ist die erste Anlaufstelle für die Hofbieberer Bürger. Es beschäftigt sich mit Meldeangelegenheiten, dem Ausstellen von Ausweisen, Beantragung von Führungszeugnissen und der Friedhofsverwaltung. Zudem befindet sich hier auch das Fundbüro.
