Description
The State Commissioner for Political Education in Schleswig-Holstein advises the state parliament and the state government on matters of political education. The State Commissioner and his team carry out the tasks of the former State Center for Political Education.
The State Commissioner provides political education for all citizens. This work is seen as a contribution to strengthening the free and democratic basic order and revitalizing the political culture in Schleswig-Holstein. Together with cooperation partners, the State Commissioner develops new ideas for democracy education and puts them into practice.
The State Commissioner for Political Education organizes events and projects on historical and political topics. The range of services also includes publications and teaching materials.

Notes (specifics)
Publications can only be distributed to citizens of Schleswig-Holstein.
Citizens of other federal states must contact the regional center for political education of their federal state.
