Social compensation for rehabilitated SED victims

    Have you suffered damage to your health as a result of an unjustified deprivation of liberty or another official measure that served the purpose of political persecution and was this measure annulled or declared to be completely incompatible with the fundamental principles of a constitutional state as part of rehabilitation proceedings under the Administrative Rehabilitation Act (VwRehaG) or the Criminal Rehabilitation Act (StrRehaG)?
    If so, you can apply for benefits under the above-mentioned laws due to the health and economic consequences of this injury.
