Inspecting the real estate register
All parcels of land and buildings of significance under real estate law are recorded in the real estate register together with their spatial boundaries. You can check these by inspecting the real estate register.
Description
The real estate cadastre is a register under public law in which all parcels of land and buildings of significance under real estate law in the state are recorded and the results of the land valuation are presented. It therefore serves to secure ownership of real estate. You can easily gain an overview by inspecting the real estate register.

If you want to view the real estate register:
- Go to the website of the Geoportal Hessen
- On the start page under "frequently started maps" you will find the "Real estate map of Hesse preset"
