Request the construction of a sidewalk crossing
You need a structural change to the road for your property access in town. This must be applied for at the competent road construction authority.
Description
You are the owner of a plot of land within the locality. You would like to have a driveway built to your property in order to access a garage or parking space from the street with a motor vehicle. This often requires a structural change to the road, such as lowering the curb. This must be applied for at the competent road construction authority.
As a rule, curb lowering or other adjustments to the road are carried out by the competent road construction authority itself or by a company commissioned by it. In exceptional cases, these can also be carried out by a company commissioned by the resident himself with the consent of the competent authority. Your city or municipality will provide you with information on this.
All costs for the changes to the road must be borne by you. This also applies to administrative costs, which may be determined by the competent road construction authority.
