Construction and operation of a system requiring monitoring in accordance with the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health Permit for systems with pressure equipment

If you have a filling system for pressurized gases or make certain changes to it, you require a permit from the competent authority.

    Description

Filling systems with pressure equipment in which transportable pressure equipment is filled with a filling capacity of more than 10 kilograms per hour for delivery to others are systems that require monitoring.

You require a permit from the competent authority if you wish to

    • wish to change the design or mode of operation in such a way that the safety of the system is affected.

Permission may be granted subject to the following restrictions:

    • limited,

If the installation requiring a permit is part of an installation requiring a permit no separate permit is issued. The approval includes the permit.
