If you no longer wish to operate an X-ray device, you must inform the responsible radiation protection authority.

There may be various reasons why you no longer operate an X-ray system. The termination of operation may, for example, be the sale or disposal of the X-ray equipment. In any case, you must inform the competent authority for radiation protection immediately.

• Proof of the whereabouts of the X-ray equipment, e.g. disposal or sale
• Any authorization received (original)

• You want to end the operation of an X-ray system or have already done so.

There is no deadline.
