If you have already reported a borehole and have unintentionally encountered groundwater, you must report this to the competent authority immediately.
The authority will inform you whether you may have to temporarily stop drilling.
The responsibility of the water authorities depends on the location of the intended drilling points.

If your request is a notification, you may start your project if you have not heard from the authority within one month.
