Addiction support and health promotion measures

If you are a non-profit institution and offer services such as help and advice in the fields below, it can be checked on application whether financial support from the state of Hesse is possible. There is no entitlement to funding.

Implementation of project-related individual measures in the investment and non-investment area of addiction support and health care in the state of Hesse.
Specifically, the following are funded:
• Investment measures such as construction, renovation and equipment of addiction support facilities
• supra-regional institutions for addiction issues
• Facilities for people with eating disorders
• special work and individual projects in the field of addiction and drugs
• Model project "Heroin-assisted treatment"
• nationwide and Europe-wide projects in the field of addiction and drugs
• supra-regional institutions for AIDS aid and education
• supra-regional institutions for health promotion and prevention

The basis for the promotion of this investment and non-investment area are the Investment and Measure Promotion Guidelines of the State of Hesse (IMFR).

Funding must be available. The project or measure must not have started yet. In particular, financing must also be secured. As a rule.max, the funding can amount to up to 50% of the eligible costs. The eligibility of the costs will be checked in order to determine the amount of eligible costs. The respective individual case is also examined professionally.

In principle, an online application form is available.
Note: If necessary, further documents and supporting documents will be requested to complete the application.
In particular, after completion of the project, a detailed, informal factual report must be submitted. In addition, all costs must be proven and documented. For this purpose, a corresponding so-called proof of use form is provided. Any overpaid subsidies will be reclaimed and, if necessary, interest.
