Administrative court action

- You submit your application to the competent authority using the online form and upload the required documents if necessary,
- the permit is issued if the competent authority determines that the legal requirements have been met.

The further training designation may only be used after permission has been granted.

Further training for nursing professions in Hesse is regulated by the Hessian Further Training and Examination Regulations for Nursing (WPO-Pflege) of December 6, 2010 (GVBl. I p. 654), last amended by the ordinance of December 3, 2020 (GVBl. I p. 878).
