Register of Crafts and Crafts Communicate changes to data
If you are a member of a Chamber of Crafts and the personal or business-related data collected there changes, you must notify the Chamber of Crafts.
Description
The Chamber of Crafts and Crafts keeps two registers, the Register of Craftsmen and the Register of the Owners of a Business of a Craft Exempt from a Licence or a Craft-Like Trade, in which all craft businesses and businesses of the craft-like trade in the respective Chamber district are recorded. In order to keep the stored data up-to-date, there is an obligation to notify in the event of changes, which includes the following cases:
- changes of address of the farmer(s) or the permanent establishment;
- changes in the number of permanent establishments,
- changed electronic contact details such as (mobile) telephone and fax numbers or e-mail addresses,
- Changes in personal information about shareholders,
- Changes in the number of persons authorized to represent companies.

Chamber of Crafts in whose district the main commercial establishment is located.
Prerequisites
Business-related data stored by the Chamber of Crafts and Crafts has changed, in particular:
- Address and contact details of the company or a permanent establishment
- Registration or deletion of a permanent establishment
- personal data of the owner
- Data of the management or the shareholders

Procedure
Inform your Chamber of Crafts about a change in personal or business-related data relevant to registration. Notifications of changes may be made in writing or electronically.
