If you are the owner of a plot of land, you can merge two parcels of land that are listed in the land register under the same serial number and have a common boundary into one parcel of land
Description
A merger is a cadastral process in which two or more parcels of land that are recordedas one property in the land register are combined into one parcel in the real estate cadastre. The new parcel is given a new parcel number.
The land registry office must be notified of a corresponding update of the real estate cadastre, as this is important for the inventory details in the land register.
