electronic proof of identity unlocking

    Description

You can have the blocked electronic proof of identity or the blocked online ID function unlocked. This is only possible in person at the identity card authority or .dem citizens' office. It is not possible to unlock by phone.

The unlocking of the ID card can be accepted by both the issuing and the identity card authority responsible for your place of residence. The card holder can be identified there without doubt. Since only the issuing authority keeps the identity card register and can carry out the unlocking, it must be informed by the competent authority.
