Identification requirement Exemption for permanently accommodated persons

    If you are expected to be permanently accommodated in a hospital, nursing home or similar institution, then you may be exempted from the obligation to have an identity card.

    Description

    If a supervisor has been appointed, he/she can also submit a written application for exemption from the ID requirement for the supervised person.

    This applies in particular to permanently accommodated persons, such as Example residents.
