Description
As the operator of a facility for the storage or transfer of petrol, fuel mixtures or raw petrol in tank farms or at filling stations, you must notify the competent authority before commissioning. The obligation to notify only applies to installations that do not require a permit under the Federal Immission Control Act. The competent authority checks the notification and records the installation in its register of installations.

The authorities responsible for receiving the notification are the immission control authorities of the federal states.
