Operation of systems requiring monitoring in accordance with the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health Inspection Shortening of an inspection period to ensure safety

Approved inspection bodies can request a shortened inspection period for systems requiring monitoring, which is then ordered by the competent body.

The competent authority may shorten time limits in accordance with Annex 2 Sections 32 to 4 and Annex 3 of the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health in individual cases, insofar as this is necessary to ensure the safety of the installations.

Responsibility lies with the regional councils.
