Use of work equipment Accident report

Has a person been seriously injured or even died in your company? Then you must report this.

The competent authority must be notified immediately of any accident in which a person has been killed or seriously injured.

Locally responsible regional council.

The notification must contain the following information:

• Details of the person,
• their work area,
• description of the course of the accident

Brief description of how the accident occurred, persons involved, which work equipment according to Annex 2 and 3 of the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health was involved.
The notification can be made online.

The notification must be made immediately after the damage occurs.

There are no fees or expenses.
