You can obtain information about your personal data stored in the population register.

Upon request, you will receive information about your personal data stored in the population register.
The information essentially includes:
- the personal data stored in the population register,
- the recipients of regular data transmissions, as well as
- the purposes and legal bases
- storage and
- regular data transmissions.
Insofar as the data is transmitted by means of an automated retrieval procedure or an automated simple population register information, you can request information both about
- the types of data transmitted
as well as their recipients, as well as the information referred to in Article 15 (1) letters a – h of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR).

Basis for legal action
Deadlines
Data transmissions via an automated retrieval procedure or the data of the automated simple population register information shall be deleted after at least 12 months, at the latest by the end of the calendar year following storage.
Costs
In accordance with Article 15 (3) EU GDPR, the controller, here: the registration authority, provides a copy of the personal data subject to processing. For any further copies requested by the data subject, he or she may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs.
Notes (specifics)
In exceptional cases regulated by law, information about stored data may be refused.
