Listed complexes - apply for change
Description
Monument protection pursues the goal of largely preserving the original building fabric and the historical appearance of cultural monuments. For construction measures on cultural monuments, you therefore need a monument permit.*
In addition to individual buildings, entire facilities are also protected, the appearance of which is of particular public interest to preserve. This applies above all to streetscapes, squares and townscapes.
In the case of intended changes to the protected image of an entire complex, you need the approval of the lower monument protection authority.
