Public procurement: Apply for prequalification procedure

If you as a company would like to prove your qualifications in certain areas independently of a contract, then you can take part in a prequalification procedure.

By participating in a prequalification procedure, companies can prove their qualifications in the following areas, irrespective of the order:

• Specialist knowledge,
• performance,
• reliability.

After successful participation, companies receive a certificate and a number. Your company's prequalification is entered in the HPQR prequalification database under this number. You can use the certificate or the number to prove your qualification in tender letters for public contracts.

The prequalification directory is generally accessible. Public clients can also view the evidence on which the prequalification is based.

After receipt of the application and the processing fee, you will receive further information, a detailed list of the supporting documents to be submitted and the prepared forms for your self-declarations by e-mail.
Please do not prepare any self-declarations yourself, but wait for the above-mentioned documents.

• The cost of the initial application (valid for 1 year) is 215.00 euros incl. VAT.
• The cost of a renewal application (valid for 1 year) is 155.00 euros incl. VAT.
