Submit proof of activity for subsidized supplementary independent participation advice (EUTB)

You must regularly prove that the subsidies for advisory services provided by the Supplementary Independent Participation Advisory Service (EUTB) are being used for the intended purpose by submitting the relevant activity reports.

    Description

The Supplementary Independent Participation Advice Service (EUTB) supports and advises all people with disabilities, people at risk of disability and their relatives free of charge and nationwide in all matters relating to rehabilitation and participation.

If you offer such advisory services and receive subsidies for them, you must prove that the subsidies are used for the intended purpose. To check that the grants are being used for the intended purpose, the providers of the counseling services must submit proof of their activities every year. In particular, it is checked

    • whether you have achieved the objectives in terms of content
    • whether the funds have been used for the intended purpose and economically
    • whether your details match the books and receipts

You can submit the evidence online. You must submit the proof of activity by March 31 for the previous calendar year.
