Apply for a grant for supplementary independent participation advice (EUTB) as a legal entity

Under certain conditions, applicants receive a subsidy to finance advisory services provided by the Supplementary Independent Participation Advisory Service (EUTB).

The Supplementary Independent Participation Advice Service (EUTB) supports and advises all people with disabilities, people at risk of disability and their relatives free of charge and nationwide in all matters relating to rehabilitation and participation.

Applicants can apply for a subsidy to finance the personnel and material costs of their EUTB services.

The providers of the counseling services receive this subsidy if the requirements of the Participation Counseling Ordinance (EUTBV) are met.

You will not receive a subsidy if your advisory service is purely for the purpose of making a profit.

To check your entitlement to a subsidy, you must submit an application by March 31 of the calendar year before the start of the respective approval period if you wish to receive subsidies for the following approval period.

The grant may be awarded subject to conditions or subject to revocation if a final assessment of the application is not yet possible.

The Gesellschaft für soziale Unternehmensberatungen mbH (gsub) is responsible for carrying out the procedure.

• Applicants must be legal entities based in Germany.
• The application must be submitted no later than March 31 of the previous year before the start of an approval period.
• Applicants must be reliable.
• Applicants must be professionally qualified.
• Services must be low-threshold and cross-disability.
• The independence of the advisors must be ensured.
• The purpose of the advisory service must not be to make a profit.
• The quota of working hours allocated to a country is not exhausted.
• There must be no regional oversupply for the advisory service to be applied for.

• Contradiction

• You apply for the grant via the ProDaBa application portal of gsub.
• The first time you use it, you must register once.
• You call up the procedure relevant to you.
• You upload your documents directly to the portal.
• Once the full-time equivalents have been allocated, the applications are forwarded to the relevant state authorities with the opportunity to comment within 6 weeks.
• In total, the application process can take up to 3 months.
• The notification will be made available to you digitally and in a legally secure manner in your portal mailbox.
• There is no need to send the notification by post at the same time.
• You will receive a message as soon as the notification is posted.
• You will also receive feedback in the same way if you need to submit further documents such as proof of activity.
• If required, you have the option of using a digital appeals procedure via the portal.

The application for allocation must be submitted by March 31 of the calendar year before the start of the respective approval period.
