Sample rental agreement for mobile or radio data systems

The model rental agreement for the operation of mobile and radio data systems (circular dated 18 March 2004 - StAnz. p. 1493) was reinstated in a circular dated 9 February 2009. The circular (VV 2500 - 384 - IV6b - StAnz. 2009, p. 582) with the currently valid catalogue of fees and the sample rental agreement are available for download. The model contract is to be used by all federal state offices if a rental agreement is concluded for the operation of a mobile radio or radio data transmission system.
