Seit dem 1. Mai 2025 werden biometrische Lichtbilder für Reisepässe und Personalausweise nur noch digital akzeptiert. Das bedeutet, dass Fotos für diese Ausweisdokumente entweder direkt in der Behörde aufgenommen oder von einem zertifizierten Fotografen digital und medienbruchfrei übermittelt werden müssen. Gedruckte Passbilder werden nicht mehr akzeptiert.
