Description
Die Arbeitsgruppe Ordnungs- und Gewerberecht, Sozialversicherung gliedert sich in folgende Sachgebiete:
- Allgemeine Ordnungsangelegenheiten
- Waffenwesen
- Jagd- und Fischereibehörde
- Verteidigungswesen
- Allgemeine Gewerberechtsangelegenheiten
- Bekämpfung von Schwarzarbeit
- Versicherungsamt.
Die Kreisordnungsbehörde ist zuständig z.B. für Versammlungswesen, Vereinswesen, Melde-,Pass- und Ausweiswesen, Weitergabe von Beflaggungsanordnungen,Friedhofs- und Bestattungswesen, etc.
Aufgabe der Jagdbehörde ist u. a. die Prüfung von Jagdpachtverträgen,
Rot- und Rehwildabschussplanungen,
Erteilung und Verlängerung von Jagdscheinen.
Die Zuständigkeit der Fischereibehörde ist u.a. für Prüfung von Fischereipachtverträgen,
Bestellung von Fischereiaufsehern,
Abnahme von Fischerprüfungen gegeben.
Die Gewerbebehörde erteilt Erlaubnisse nach den §§ 34a (Bewachungsgewerbe), 34 c (Makler), 34 i (Immobiliardarlehensvermittler) der Gewerbeordnung, ist zuständig für die Bekämpfung der Schwarzarbeit, im Rahmen des Gewerbeprüfdienstes Überwachung der Spielhallen und Gaststätten.
Das Versicherungsamt hat seit Einrichtung der Beratungsstelle der Deutschen Rentenversicherung im Gebäude 1 des Behördenzentrums nur noch administrative Funktionen.
